The 5th grade teacher, whom I adore and miss!

This blogging stuff is like...so natural to me....not.

We just got home from a night out on the slushy town (snow=slush tonight), and I sat down at the computer and haven't gotten up since. I have been putting off doing a blog, but something possessed me tonight and here I am. So. This is my first post.

What do I even write about on a blog? We have had a lovely Saturday, lazy and restful as needed. Other than being lazy today, poor Sam is overwhelmed with school, harsh and intense English classes. I just hit my half way mark with student teaching. I started in 5th grade (which I loved, every single second of it), and am now in 3rd (which I am not loving so much, hmmm). It's pretty much my life these days, so all I really talk about is teaching and all I hear from anyone else is "blah, blah, blah, what?" Anyway, its going great, but 2 days into 3rd grade and I'm already confident I need to teach 5th grade and above. I need to tease the little rascals, and 3rd graders just don't get it. They look at you like you're crazy, then you just want to h...Anyway, that's all for tonight.
